So where's the money Tanya Lumby?

At a recent meeting of The East Birmingham branch of the British National Party in Acocks Green, there was an unanswered controversy that unfolded before the bewildered eyes of members and other attendees.

The new fundholder had earlier been introduced as Mr Rob Offord, husband of Amanda Offord, both activists from Moseley.

A collection took place and money collected was, as is tradion, placed in a hat.

Rather than new fund-holder Mr Offord count the money in the presence of the rest of the room, as is usual, instead the group organiser Tanya Jane Whitehead-Lumby, took the money away and counted it in private.

It was estimated by many there, and from 'known' donations that around £1500 was 'in the hat', including £500 from the host, and several £100 and £50 donations from working members.

Yet following Lumby's return, it was announced that £950 was collected.

Amid the gasps from dumbfounded open mouths the recently declared bankrupt Mrs Lumby thanked the room for their generosity!

Mrs Lumby also 'assists' in collections for other groups in the area, and questions must now be asked about the virtue of re-instating the BNP membership (during a membership freeze?) of both of the Lumbys who were quite vocal four months ago in their resignation of the jobs within the party and their membership.

The Lumbys and The Offords were also main protagonists in hounding several BNP members from the party during 2009

The BNP National Accounts manager, David Hannam, was not available for comment.

Britains Islamic Republic Documentary - No response from Respect?

Dispatches documentary Britain's Islamic Republic showed how the Labour Party has been infiltrated from within. It showed how The Muslim Forum of Europe is pressuring councilors regarding political decisions in Tower Hamlets. It also showed how George Galloway (Former Respect leader) is complicit in the Islamification of London via false petitions and harnessing the Muslim vote.

Respect were also included in the documentary and were exposed as a Islamic Front. There is no statement on the Respect party website refuting the claims of Dispatches. Respect leader Salma Yaqoob's blog is also silent regarding last nights programme.

No prizes for guessing why.

BNP Candidate Announced for Walsall North Seat

The British National Party’s candidate for Wallsall North will be Christopher Woodall, it was announced at the latest party meeting in the area.

Mr Woodall, who is also the local organiser, declared his intention to fight a fully fledged campaign which would include organised teams of leafletters and canvassers.

“We have already saturated the Walsall North constituency with the latest party leaflet,” Mr Woodall told the meeting. “The response on the doorstep is very positive and has generated many enquiries from those who requested info packs and who want to attend a party meeting,” he said.

The meeting featured guest speaker James Whittall, who is also the West Midlands deputy organiser and Shrewsbury candidate. “Mr Whittall’s gripping speech was followed by donations totalling £430 and a string of new volunteer workers from the 50-strong audience,” Mr Woodall said.

£1400 Raised as Three New Candidates Announced in Shropshire

Forty patriots attending a black tie South Shropshire fundraising dinner donated a further £1400 towards local election costs as three new candidates were announced at the sell-out function, reports Deputy West Midlands Organiser James Whittall.

North Shropshire organiser Phillip Reddall has been nominated to contest the North Shropshire constituency and Mr Whittall will stand for the BNP in Shrewsbury and Atcham.

“These announcements were met with loud cheers, but the biggest cheer of all was saved for popular local lady Christina Evans, who was declared as the party’s candidate for Ludlow,” Mr Whittall said.

Ms Evans is the West Midlands Regional Treasurer and last year pushed Labour into last place when she fought the Ludlow East County Council seat for the first time.

Phillip Spencer has already been announced as a candidate in the seat of Telford. “In 2005, the BNP did not contest a single parliamentary seat in Shropshire, but with four of the five seats in Shropshire already confirmed, 2010 will be a very different story,” Mr Whittall said.

“For the first time ever the people of Shropshire are going to have a real alternative to the corrupt and anti-British agenda of the governing parties.”

The guests at the formal function were treated to speeches by Mr Whittall and BNP legal advisor Lee Barnes, both of whom delivered powerful addresses after the wonderful three course meal.

“The British National Party is the last hope for our children and grandchildren and it is our duty to save Britain for them,” Mr Whittall told the meeting. “The electorate will know that there is an alternative to the madness of the old parties.”

Our friends over in Team Black Country BNP are soon to undertake a 1,100 foot walk up to Rodney's Pillar, on the Shropshire borders. Sponsors will be helping to fund the candidates for entry in to the campaign to potentially elect Members of Parliament to Westminster.

The last time this walk was completed, we were joined by Chairman Mr. Nick Griffin, and Deputy Chairman, Mr Simon Darby. We cannot promise that this will happen this time around, due to their massive commitments elsewhere, but who knows?

The team will walk up the 1,100 foot hill, and sponsors are required to help the campaign to get MP's elected, or give the enemies of our country a bloody good fright indeed, and prepare the way for future General Elections with a show of strength.

At 1 penny per foot, sponsors are able to help without breaking the bank. Some will want to go the whole hog, and sponsor every step. £11 will see the whole walk covered, but it is down to personal circumstances etc.

Extraordinary General Meeting Passes New BNP Constitution with Overwhelming Vote

The new British National Party constitution has been passed with an overwhelming majority by the Extraordinary General Meeting held today in a positive and unified spirit, BNP leader Nick Griffin MEP has announced.

Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting, held today in London, Mr Griffin said that there had been five votes against and four abstentions while the rest of the 300-strong gathering voted in favour.

“The meeting was dominated by a good spirit of unity, with everyone understanding that the party has to adapt for legal, financial and political necessity,” Mr Griffin said.

“No-one is particularly happy about being denied the right of self-association, which is what the court order and law essentially enforces, but it is understood that the party has to put this behind us and get on with the serious business of saving Britain from the ravages of the establishment parties,” he said.

“Everyone knows that there are going to be a few ethnic members,” Mr Griffin continued. “In fact, when I announced that I personally would welcome the brave Mr Rajinder Singh as a member in the light of his struggle against the Islamification of Britain, I was warmly applauded by the crowd.”

Mr Griffin said the new constitution gave added protection to the BNP which would prevent anybody, no matter what their ethnic origin, from entering the party with the aim of causing trouble or subverting it.

“Although we object to the basis of the law which does away with our right to associate with those we choose, the new constitution follows the letter of the law and does away with what the Equalities and Human Rights Commission calls ‘direct discrimination’. We will see if this satisfies the ECHR who have already made it clear that they think our policy will prevent people from joining.

“That is of course a nonsensical argument because all parties have policies that its opponents don’t like, which makes it impossible for example, for a BNP supporter to join the Tories or Labour.”

Mr Griffin said the next step in the process was that the new constitution will be sent to the ECHR on Tuesday. That organisation has a week in which to make formal comment , after which the BNP has a week to review their comments and respond.

After that, a new court appearance in March should finalise the matter. Mr Griffin added that it was clear that the ECHR’s intention was to keep the BNP in the courts in an attempt to financially exhaust the party.

To prevent this from happening, the new constitution has also empowered the party leader with the right to revise any clause over which the ECHR might try and make an argument. “In this way we can quickly circumvent any drawn out legal processes and concentrate on fighting the election,” Mr Griffin said.

During the meeting, veteran nationalist Richard Edmonds stood up and read a piece of writing from party founder John Tyndall which said that if the law was ever changed, the BNP would amend its membership criteria to comply with the law. This, Mr Edmonds said, was why he was voting in favour of the new constitution.

* During the meeting, BNP security removed a journalist from the Times newspaper from the hall. The journalist in question had been asked to pledge that he would not work with another Times journalist, Fiona Hamilton, who has specialised in fabricating the most vicious lies about the BNP in the columns of that newspaper.

The journalist refused to give such an undertaking and was then asked to leave. He refused and was then escorted off the premises by the BNP stewards. Mr Griffin said afterwards that the BNP did not mind criticism, which was part of the political process, but was “sick and tired of the outright lies from the Times.”

South Birmingham Raises £3000 at Meeting to Launch “Anti-Colonial Struggle”

The South Birmingham branch of the British National Party raised £3000 at its latest meeting this week which was marked by a call for the party to launch its own “anti-colonial struggle.”

The huge collection, topped up by the auction of a “Griffin 10” T-shirt and other sought-after items, will enable South Birmingham BNP to fight three parliamentary seats in its region. The large amount of cash raised means that the other parties will now see a determined BNP challenge.

The fundraising drive was conducted by BNP foreign affairs spokesman Arthur Kemp, who started off proceedings by detailing genetic and historical proof of the indigenous nature of the British population.

He then went on to discuss how indigenous peoples all over the world had the right to resist colonisation.

“We have seen liberals all over the world this week celebrating Nelson Mandela’s 20th anniversary of his release from imprisonment,” Mr Kemp said.

“The Africans objected to being colonised by Europeans, and this objection is accepted worldwide as correct and just.

“But if Africans objected to being colonised by Europeans, then Europeans have the same right to object to being colonised by Africa or the Third World, which is exactly what is happening with current Third World immigration levels into Britain and all western nations,” he said.

He pointed to recent figures which showed that 61 percent of all primary school children in Birmingham were now from the “ethnic minorities.” This is, he said, “no longer an ethnic minority, but a majority. This is colonisation by immigration.

“The BNP is, therefore, no longer an ‘anti-immigration’ party. It is an anti-colonial party and let us here tonight in Birmingham launch our anti-colonial struggle,” Mr Kemp said to applause.

* At a BNP meeting in Shrewsbury addressed by Mr Kemp the evening before, just over £900 was raised to fight that seat. The candidate there will be South Shropshire organiser James Whittall.

Patients suffer as Selly Oak can't cope with soldier numbers

The national disgrace of soldiers being treated in general hospitals continues at Selly Oak Birmingham.

As the BNP have stated "Soldiers require, and deserve, a military hospital, run by military staff."

The psychological scars of war and the harrowing injuries these men and women face, can never be properly treated in a general hospital.

Another scandal is the verbal abuse these brave men and women have suffered by immigrants and their descendants.

Muslim women shouted abuse at a injured solider in 2007 while he recovered.

In 2009 sapper Matthew Weston had abuse shouted at him, while he was being pushed in a wheel chair by his sister, at Selly Oak.

Then when Gordon (dead man walking) Brown visited the hospital in 2009, he was surprised when over half the soldiers requested to have their curtains pulled over, in order to snub the PM.

By chance Matthew Weston (should be Matthew Weston VC, pictured top left), was at the hospital receiving treatment.

He said "I didn't want to waste my time talking to someone who was just trying to make themselves look good. I spent the day with my family instead".

This is all disgusting and brings shame on our nation.

In addition to the aforementioned, the Birmingham Mail reports today that patients are now having to be moved to other hospitals, in order to cope with the influx of wounded soldiers.

This means that people with compromised immune systems are being disturbed when they need rest and time to recover.

The consequences will undoubtedly be that elderly people with weak hearts, or stroke victims, may have to be moved!

It does not take a medical professional to know that this is wrong, very wrong.

Wolverhampton BNP relishes two more local ward by-elections

A crowd of over fifty people packed a meeting at the latest Wolverhampton British National Party Branch meeting as local organiser, Simon Patten opened the meeting with an acknowledgement of the late Arthur Copson, who was a prominent and super activist right to the end of his long life, always willing to help out in leafleting sessions all around the area, keeping to himself his fight against cancer, and trudging the streets always with an outward smile to maintain morale with his fellow nationalists.

Having already observed a minute silence at a previous meeting in the black country, Mr Patten instead raised a glass to toast him. "To Arthur"

Mr Patten showed the meeting several newspaper clippings, including the recent reports of the arrests of two prominent Tory councillors on charges of cocaine possession which is up before the courts in the coming week.

If those cases are proved, then there will surely be two more by-elections in their north Wolverhampton wards.

Mr Patten also referred to an article citing figures from the most recent census, in 2001, that gave Wolverhampton a 22% ethnic population with 'over 60' languages spoken in it's 'wonderful' multicultural melee.

Mr Patten then showed several more news articles highlighting that 'wonderful' multiculturalism with headlines about the "Ethnic third world gangs" and "Ethnic gang drug crimes" and "Ethnic gang knife and gun crimes."

Mr Patten also reveal how much money awaits asylum seekers, who travel through up to 20 'safe' countries before waiting near Calais for an opportunity to cross into the UK, where on top of all the other state benefits, they will get an extra £40 per single male or extra £70 per couple, from the border agency, another arm of the government

Mr Patten introduced the next speaker, Mr John Painter, whose brief and emotive speech urged the group with a rally call to follow Arthur Copson's brave example of the 'super activist'.

Mr Painter showed several articles from the MSM publication The Telegraph, that highlight the utter foolishness of the politically correct establishment, including a 71 year grandmother whose home was pelted with eggs by a gang of hoodie wearing youths and after she plucked up the courage to push one of the youths away from her property by prodding him in the chest, was herself arrested for assault.

Mr Painter urged the group to go out to their workplaces, and clubs and tell people that the BNP have a wide range of policies citing their stance on law and order, to show people that all our policies are indeed common sense and popular.

The main speaker of the night was the South Shropshire organiser, James Whittall, who touched on the upcoming CEHR court case, with his own opinion, saying that in making this case, Trevor Phillips had scored a massive 'own goal' as this (the membership criteria of the party) was the only thing that they can publically use against us, and if the court case follows its natural course and conclusion, then that 'brow beater' will become redundant.

Mr Whittall added "It is not how we get into power that matters. It is what we do when we get there." surely referring to the possibility, in Mr Whitall's opinion, of changing the membership criteria of the party to satisfy the CEHR court case.

Mr Whittall also spoke about Nick Griffin's impending appearance on The BBC show 'Question Time' being pitted against justice secretary Jack Straw, a man who has publically stated said the "English were not worth saving as a race", saying that if the audience try (as they surely will) to make The BNP out as a one policy party, then in doing so against Mr Griffin, they will see through Nick's own wide knowledge and eloquence that we are indeed a multi policy party, where immigration is but a small, albeit focal part.

Mr Whittall also referred to the UN article of the rights of indigenous people to self determination, and their right to resist colonisation, referring to UK media and 'celebrity' support for the peoples of Tibet and the Amazon rainforest to resist colonisation by China and Brazil respectively, and how the rights of the indigenous British islander are not being upheld as successive UK administrations have allowed unrestricted and unchecked immigration that will, if allowed to continue, result in the extinction of our race.

After a brief Q&A session with Mr Whittall, fund-holder, Dave Bradbury announced that the evening had raised £200 for the branch.

How many BNP councillors should Birmingham have?

We can remember when Birmingham did have a British National Party councillor. For all of three weeks before Sir Albert Bore held an illegal recount behind closed doors and BNP Councillor Sharon Ebanks was unceremoniously booted out of office.

Apparently it was the BNP's fault for not fielding two candidates in the election, and what went on subsequently is a matter of public record, and for the sake of Ms Ebanks and The BNP won't be repeated here.

If you look at the 2008 statistics for Birmingham, Tories and Labour both polled 30% of the votes, and if PR were being used, then they would each have returned 12 councillors.

Due to the first past the post and the unfair way that the demographic maps are used to ring fence support, the Tories actually returned 18 seats and the Labour only 8.

Furthermore, with a quarter of the two parties votes at 7.5% or 3 seats, the British National Party should now have 9 or 10 councillors if the results of the previous three years were combined.

PR will never be allowed to be used, as the Trotskyites who run our city will guard their ground by whatever evil plan they chose.

Take the recent ward boundary changes that saw huge chunks of BNP supported areas, like Billesley and Shard End get diluted into neighbouring areas like Springfield.

The BNP have always been brow beaten like this.

In Stoke, where BNP council representation was so strong, that a BNP mayor was on the cards, the ruling Marxists changed their rules to deny this.

In London, GLA representative and BNP member, Richard Barnbrook has recently been suspended over trumped up charges for saying there was nearly a murder in an area where someone was nearly murdered!

Next month our leader Nick Griffin will be a panelist on BBC's flagship political program, Question Time.

We await more dirty tricks from the broadcasting tool of choice of the state, as the Leninist union leader, Gerry Morrisey is trying to start an intervention by his union to disrupt coverage.

As a lifelong supporter of Union action, this the most anti-democratic union move by Morrisey and BECTU.

Coming back to Brum, in the coming months the BNP has a great opportunity to gain representation on the council.

And it is up to the likes of you and me, the grass roots of the party, to get out and put leaflets through doors and sell copies of Voice of Freedom and show the people of our great city that Nick Griffin's and Andrew Brons's election the Strasbourg and Brussels was no fluke, but a right step in the right direction for a people who are waking up to the lies and the dirty tricks of the LibLabCon and their common purpose allies...

As Weyman Bennett and Tara Hewitt chant into their dirty little megaphones (or so it appears to sound from their uncouthed deep voices):

Rutland Weekend speaker in Coventry

In his first meeting as organiser of the Coventry branch of the British National Party, Tom Gower outlined his plans to take the group forward over the coming year.

The well attended afternoon meeting of around forty people was opened by Branch fund-holder Mark Badrick, who bought the room up to date with recent events in the area and tied recent events in with the group's printed A3 Supplement that it issues with the Voice of Freedom, on its 'paper round'.

Mr Badrick also publicised the group's local yellow pages where local BNP tradesmen can advertise themselves to fellow BNP members.

Mr Badrick introduced Mr Gower who told of his history within the party, and then spoke of his desire to return BNP councillors to the local council next year, pointing out specific areas where the known BNP support could make the areas winnable.

After a brief interval, during which a collection was taken, Mr Gower introduced The BNP organiser and a local councillor for Melton & Rutland, James North.

Mr North started off by asking for a show of hands of people who had been mentioned by the evil Searchlight publication, a publication which states it is "Against Racism and Fascism" yet which paradoxically supports the fascist arm of the Marxist elite government, The UAF.

Mr North told the people affected that they should use this supposed adverse publicity to their advantage, and gave an example of his own.

He said "At the recent Red White and Blue festival, we held a village fete style 'fun attraction' where you could choose a member of the branch to wear a rubber mask and for £1 you could throw three wet sponges at your chosen victim."

"We had five to choose from, including Osama-bin-Laden, George Bush, Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, yet the Daily Mail reporter that took and published a photograph, actually chose the Barrack Obama mask, paid his pound and gleefully reported that we were racist in using Obama's mask, neglecting to point out that three of the five targets were white, and the other black person was a terrorist vilified even by them" he continued.

Mr North also mentioned several publicised cases of abuse of the NHS by refugees, saying this is a National Health Service was just that, and not an International Health Service.

He also showed that UKIP are a phony 'Nationalist' group, and a safety valve for the government and the media to ensure that the ground made by The BNP this year was not fully realised, as UKIP's Nikki Sinclair, a transgendered female (or a neutered/eunuch male) beat BNP's Simon Darby by a handful of votes to take Labour's seat from Meena Gill in the recent European elections.

Mr North continued his flowing and rousing speech and ended up saying to the assembly "Our time is now, but now is not a time for complacency, Now is a time to continue the hard work we started last year."

After an extra long ovation for Mr North, Mr Gower and Mr Badrick announced that the meeting had raised another £363 for the branch coffers.

Team Black Country BNP In Inter Branch Activity

In a break from normal proceedings of late, Team Black Country BNP went to Cannock this weekend, and helped representatives from that town, and others, in what looks to be an exciting bi-election. Shaun Grimsley, local (Heath Hayes) candidate, told correspondent John Salvage that: ''This election seems to be very positive, we have had a fantastic response from members of the public, especially the elderly''. He continued: ''Also, if you look at the response in other bi-elections elsewhere, the patern is similar in terms of a warm and friendly attitude towards the BNP.'' A small contingent will be out again tomorrow, but most of the ward has been completed.
Over 20 activists were present, including representatives from Birmingham, Wolverhampton, and the Black Country, ably directed by our hard working Regional Organiser, Alwyn Deacon. In what turned out to be an appropriate setting, the team photos were taken in front of a local war memorial. Formerly known as Fiveways, It was originally a farming and coal mining village, situated at a junction with five roads. Black Country families moved to the area to work the pits, and in it's prime, there where two collieries, one on the north eastern edge of the village, the other, on the south western side. Its size increased in the late 19th century, as nearby Black Country coal and Nail making industries went into decline, but urban requirements increased. The last mines sadly closed in the early sixties, and the village declined commercially. The old part of the village dates from around the 1890s, but, as the BNP has stated, where possible, the party will seriously look into re-opening such mines, when Westminster is once again run by British MP's for the good of the British people.

Birmingham City Council Tries to Eradicate The Red Squirrel

One of the better quality independent Nationalist blogs, The Red Squirrel, has been banned by Birmingham City Council's (BCC) fascist public protection unit, from its libraries, for the reason of "promoting racism and hate."

This came to the attention of my colleague, Titvs Advxas who was using a computer in a Birmingham Library at the weekend and noticed that some of his own blog seemed to not be loading correctly.

On closer inspection he saw that the Red Squirrel button was not loading, and he then tried to load the page, which failed showing a full size page warning that the page was not available due to it supposedly "promoting racism and hate."

Having told her about the news soon after, Red Squirrel or Epona as she is also known, then immediately posted the humorous picture on the left of this post.

What a bunch of hypocrites they (BCC) are, especially after the way that UAF and Muslim extremists were allowed, by West Midlands Police, who are funded in part by council tax contributions from City of Birmingham residents, to beat up both EDL and other right wing demonstrators at recent lawless episodes in the second city.

The failure to beat up any BNP supporters was solely due to the fact that there were no BNP supporters there.

In fact it could be said that local councillor and member of 'Respect' Salma Yaqoob and wig wearing Muslim leader, Mohammad Naseem, were guilty of inciting racial hatred by their comments made before, during and after the fracas.

In a counter retaliation by Swindon Council, our friend Titvs Advxas may have his blog banned by the Wiltshire town council.

Seriously, the hateful blogs in this land have for some time now been the exclusive domain of the UAF/SWP/Lib-Lab-Con supported 'Unity' webrings, and the hateful comments made publicly come from the same direction

Those blogs are so hateful, that I shall not give them further credence here.

So is this ban by BCC the sign that our blogs are becoming such a threat to the cover-up that our government and press are performing?

Another giant BNP speaker comes to the Midlands

A warm autumn evening welcome was given by the Solihull branch of the British National Party to well over 50 members and supporters who attended a venue in the heart of the borough yesterday, to an unforgettable meeting to see two veteran local members and a renowned BNP icon speak.

Amongst the audience was a disillusioned Unison shop steward who is tired and embarrassed of the betrayal of his workers by the union and government alike.

Local organiser Frank O’Brien welcomed all the guests and the speakers, and gave a reminder about a forthcoming black tie event, for the elite fund-raising group of the British National Party, The Trafalgar Club, before he introduced his first speaker, a long time party member, and activist, George Rouse, who by popular demand re-delivered a speech memorably given at a previous meeting.

“This man (Mr. Rouse) is typical of the active and spirited pensioner that we all aspire to be,” declared Mr. O’Brien.

Deputy Organiser, Bob Lassen gave the audience an update on local issues and then introduced the second speaker, another party member, Ken Billington who came to the West Midlands nearly forty years ago, from his hometown of Chester.

Mr. Billington is an ex Royal Air Force serviceman, a member of RAFA, and he is also a member of the National Servicemen’s Veterans Association, and he gave us his compelling and sometimes amusing anecdotal life story from being a junior police cadet in Chester and his extensive RAF career in the Malaysia and the East Indies to his career in the postal service, where he was secretary of the British Telecom and Post Office Veterans Committee

During a brief break for refreshments, a raffle was held and Allan Ashmore, a local campaigner and prospective BNP candidate for a local ward in Solihull, held a table top sale selling party merchandise.

Mr. O’Brien informed the audience of the motions that Solihull Branch would be proposing at The Party conference in November, before he introduced the main speaker for the night, the prominent BNP Political Author and Historian, Arthur Kemp, always a powerful orator who never fails to rouse the audience to a standing ovation.

Mr. Kemp started by presenting a certificate of merit to local activists, Fred and Val Alsop, who sorted, rebundled and boxed nearly five thousand leaflets which were used in a local Solihull ward. Mr. Kemp thanked them for their hard work saying that if it wasn’t for dedication of people like them, then The BNP would not have gained it’s two seats in the election.

The accomplished speaker then gave a splendid rendition that used literary and historical analogies to show the way that successive Labour and Tory have twisted facts and told lie after lie to deceive the general public and mastermind its bizarre final solution, the eradication of the indigenous Brit from our islands.

Using official government figures for school populations in London, Mr. Kemp showed that the indigenous British person had already been ethnically cleansed from the capital by the wide scale immigration policy already in place.

He further told that the green belt areas around our towns and cities were under threat as the need to house the uncontrolled numbers of immigrants meant building on these luscious green spaces.

Mr. Ashmore and branch treasurer, Pat Jelley lastly announced that the meeting had raised a total of £228 that will certainly help keep the Solihull Branch running.

Local BNP activist shows that you don't have to be a Marxist to be 'A Green'

Local British National Party activist Trevor Lloyd, was out and about on his bicycle again this weekend, this time over in Billesley, where the BNP started off the autumn season with a table-top sale and public leafleting session, on Yardley Wood Road, near the recently reprieved fire station. The 'Green Man' as Mr Lloyd is affectionately known, by other activists, now cycles everywhere, including the short six mile trip to Billesley.

Speaking about the choice of location, another activist, Mr Harland said "We chose this location, as we have been here before, and have been well received by the shop keepers and public alike"

This opinion was confirmed by the presence of local businessman Carl Jelley, who bought a few of his family with him to support Mr Harland and the group. Mr Jelley has recently been the subject of attention by way of a facebook slur from Muslim extremists in the area.

As well as senior and grass-roots BNP activists, also present were some of the BNP activists who run local blogs too, showing that as well as being cyber-activist, that they could get their hands into canvassing and leafleting too.

As a result of the event, the group received several new applications to join the party which will be processed in the coming week.

Postal vote fraud rocks Birmingham by-election in Sparkbrook

Police are investigating the worst outbreak of voter fraud at a Birmingham City Council election for five years.

Almost 400 postal votes cast at Thursday’s Sparkbrook ward by-election – a third of the total issued – were rejected as likely forgeries.

Council officials, backed by the Labour and Liberal Democrat parties, called in the police after saying they suspected an organised plot to influence the result of the by-election, which was won by Respect candidate Shokat Ali.

In 2004, Birmingham was likened to a “banana republic” by Elections Commissioner Richard Mawrey QC, who investigated hundreds of forged ballot papers at that year’s city council elections.

Birmingham Labour leader Sir Albert Bore said those behind the alleged fraud at Sparkbrook had attempted to destroy the electoral process.

Sir Albert added: “Nearly 400 postal vote ballot papers were rejected because of inconsistencies in either the date of birth or the signature of the elector.

“It is appalling that even after a number of very public concerns and enquires into postal vote fraud, the election process in Sparkbrook has been undermined by individuals who have, in a number of ways, attempted to submit postal vote ballot papers of electors other than themselves.

“The fact that around 30 per cent of all postal votes cast – and there were almost 1,800 postal votes cast in this by-election – were rejected clearly illustrates the magnitude of the fraud being perpetuated.

“Birmingham’s reputation for honesty and integrity at election times has again been undermined.”

John Hemming, Liberal Democrat MP for Yardley, who chairs his party’s group on the city council, said: “I want to know whose votes were forged. Postal voting is a criminal offence and this needs to be sorted out”.

Respect Party leader and Sparkbrook councillor Salma Yaqoob raised the possibility with police of fraud during the run-up to polling day after discovering that some Respect supporters hadn’t received their postal voting forms. She suspected ballot papers might have been stolen.

Coun Yaqoob said: “I am very concerned that so many postal votes were rejected by the returning officer. An investigation must be held. If it turns out that fraud was involved, anyone responsible should face prosecution.

“But the truth is that the whole postal vote system is wide open to abuse. For so long as it remains, someone, somewhere, will find a way to bend the rules.

“I won cross-party support last year for an approach to the government asking them to scrap postal voting in Birmingham. The Government really needs to act on this call now to prevent our electoral system being undermined.”

The city council introduced new computer-based checks on postal votes after Mr Mawrey’s damning report into the 2004 elections.

At one stage during the Sparkbrook by-election count half of all postal votes cast were held back for detailed checks after tellers became suspicious.

A council spokesman said: “The apparently significant volume of postal votes rejected provides clear evidence that our new security measures are having a real impact on ensuring the integrity of election counts in Birmingham is preserved.

“As soon as the number of rejected votes started to become apparent we immediately contacted the police, and will work alongside them in any resulting investigation which follows.”

English Schoolgirls Fast for Mohammed in Manchester

Manchester seems at present to have the dubious honour of leading the whole country into the abyss of Islamification.

A week after Manchester BNP activists first exposed the systematic desecration of Christian gravestones at Quadria Jilania Islamic Centre (formerly St John’s Church), only two miles away in the district of Whalley Range, another terrible chapter is being written in the chronicle of our national degradation.

Non-Muslim girls at Whalley Range High School for Girls have been pressured into observing Ramadan by fasting from dawn to dusk. According to the Manchester Evening News, around 30 non-Muslim pupils took part. They had to wake up to have breakfast by 5.00am and were not allowed to eat or drink until 7.30pm.

This unprecedented outrage took place on the 27th day of Ramadan, significant for Muslims as they believe it marks the day when the Koran was revealed to their “prophet” Mohammed and is considered the most important day of the fasting month.

Tellingly, teachers also participated in the charade and all students and staff wore a ‘27’ badge and will apparently be “awarded a certificate” for their self-abasement.

Deputy head teacher Bob Berry said, “It’s a way for the people involved to take on a Muslim way of life for one day and for them to find out a lot from each other. There were whole teaching departments including the teachers who took part, it was a fantastic project, and a great success.”

There are many complex reasons why Manchester seems to be at the forefront of this national malaise. One is certainly the pernicious influence of the virulently anti-British local Labour mafia who have a vice-like death grip on the politics of the corrupt City council and will not rest until every last vestige of British culture has been extirpated from the City. Another factor is the moral turpitude of local Christian ‘leaders’ who noisily make common cause with marauding gangs of violent Labour-UAF thugs in attacking the BNP, but are quiet as church mice when Christian gravestones are being systematically desecrated in the grounds of a converted mosque.

The apologists for Islamification usually seek to justify such obscenities as the Whalley Range Ramadan Islamopandering by citing “cross-cultural understanding”, “community cohesion” or some such vacuous platitude. The problem is that their appeasement agenda always seems to require British culture to cede more and more ground to Imperial Islam, with no reciprocation whatsoever.

Of course we may be wrong. Perhaps Muslim pupils at Whalley Range School for Girls intend to prove their commitment to “cross cultural understanding” and “community cohesion” by sitting down with their British classmates at the end of the Ramadan fast to enjoy a traditional English breakfast of bacon, sausage, egg and Manchester black pudding. Or maybe not.

Halal is a vile, barbaric process (better known as ritual slaughter...as mentioned in a previous post on The Billesley Patriot about 'halal pizzas') We could have included graphic pictures, but assure you most people could live without seeing them, even in black and white! There are parents up and down this country starting to ask this question more frequently and saying 'NO' to their children eating Halal school meals. This is Shariah Law alive and kicking in the schools of Great Britain; even in schools where less than 5% of the population are Muslim, schools are routinely giving ALL children Halal meat for convenience, to save money and to be politically correct. The British Navy ONLY serves Halal meat despite the fact that only a tiny percentage of its personnel are muslims. A lot of schools are of the attitude of what parents don't know won't hurt them or 'most parents are too stupid to even know what Halal is' (quote from a Deputy Head of a Birmingham school.)

The time has come for the parents of white, Christian, British children to start asking questions and saying NO to Halal, NO to visiting mosques, NO to celebrating alien faiths and cultures

Kraft plan another asset stripping of our nation's confectionery manufacturers

A TAKEOVER of Cadbury by Kraft would threaten the “long-term survival” of the chocolate maker’s historic Bournville factory and its 2,500 jobs, it is claimed.

A local Councillor who represents the Bournville, Cotteridge and Stirchley ward for the Tories, issued a dire warning over the future of the factory if the US giant forces through a takeover.

Kraft has so far seen its initial £10.2 billion bid for Cadbury rejected by the chocolate maker but City experts predict the approach could now trigger a bidding war for the UK group.

The councillor who is also prospective Conservative Parliamentary candidate for Selly Oak, said: “Cadbury is now one of our great British brands and world leading companies."

“It would be a tragedy if it was allowed to be taken over by an American food giant."

“This country simply cannot afford to let yet another great British company fall into the hands of foreign ownership."

“We have lost so many of these kinds of companies over the last 40 years."

"Either they go bust, like our car industry, or they fall under foreign control as was the fate of such icons as ICI, British Oxygen and Rolls Royce."

"No matter what assurances they get a takeover would threaten the long term survival of the Cadbury factory in Bournville and that would be a disaster for Bournville and for Birmingham.”

He further said Kraft had “no particular allegiance to Birmingham or Bournville.

“Kraft are a huge predatory American company. Americans are what Americans are. If they can move manufacturing elsewhere in their empire at better profits, they will."

“This is scary. In the long-term, I would fear for the level of activity at Cadbury. We have so few large manufacturing companies left in this country.”

Speculation is mounting that the world’s other big confectionery groups, including Nestle, Mars and Hershey, could now come in with their own bids for Cadbury in the wake of Kraft’s rejected takeover approach.

The fact Cadburys is still a public limited company and this is a hostile bid, unless Kraft withdraws or increases their measly offer, or unless other bidders now enter the bidding, then there is a simple process and the shareholders will be asked if they want to take the present price on offer after the Cadbury board issues its own written advice and its own proposals.

However, as in other industries, the company threatened could launch a counter bid, i.e Cadbury to buy out Kraft. Their bankers should be able to offer finance to Cadbury, based solely on the assets of the target company.

We could follow that by relocating much of Kraft to The West Midlands on the wastelands produced by the state engineered Longbridge car industry collapse and thus boosting our economy here no end.

Monday night’s entertaining meeting of the British National Party Cannock Chase group saw a visit to the West Midlands by Marlene Guest, the renowned Rotherham group activist and organiser.

Fund-holder Terry Majorowicz started the meeting with his account of the BNP’s Red White and Blue festival in Derbyshire last month

“Although I have been a member of the BNP for nearly eight years, this was my first visit to the RWB, and I would recommend it to anyone here who hasn’t been” said Mr. Majorowicz.

“Despite being caught up in the melee and delay caused by the UAF, who were the ones committing the offence of obstruction, we eventually arrived after a four and a half hour delay” continued Mr. Majorowicz.

"When we got in, I smiled, because I knew we had beaten the UAF" said Mr. Majorowicz.

"Inside every single group that had a stall showed what their region is made of, and what their region makes" he further said.

“In every tent, you could buy anything you could imagine apart from a kitchen sink” he joked.

Then Mr Majorowicz looked over to Mike Bell, the West Midland Secretary, and joked further by adding “Weren’t you selling the kitchen sinks this year, Mike?”

Mr. Majorowicz concluded his brief encounter of the event by stating that the UAF, who are funded by the Labour party and supported by a wide section of the house of commons, including Tory leader David Cameron, and Labour’s Secretary of State for Wales, Peter Hain, would never get the better of the BNP, because the BNP stand up for the people of Great Britain.

The meeting continued with a short display of the art of the magician, by group organiser and former Magic circle member, Bill Vaughan.

Mr. Vaughan amazed the ensemble with a variety of amusing and highly skilled magic tricks, before introducing the latest BNP candidate for the forthcoming ward election in Heath Hayes East & Wimblebury, Shaun Grimsley.

Mr. Grimsley’s first public speech, although brief, told us of his desire to represent his area with the ideals, common sense, and decency of the BNP.

After a short break where a collection was held and £149.70 was raised for the group, Mr. Majorowicz introduced the Yorkshire dynamo, Marlene Guest.

Mrs. Guest started by offering her best wishes to Mr. Grimsley, saying “I hope that the next time we are here, I can shake the hand of the BNP’s first Cannock Chase councillor, Shaun”

Mrs. Guest talked of local issues in her home town, including the proposed building on green belt land and the demolishing of local historical and iconic buildings to make way for new buildings for the benefit of immigrant people.

Mrs. Guest said “They (the government) have got rid of the coal industry and now they’ve got rid of the steel industry. The only thing of value they have left is the land and the building, and now they’re giving that away too”

“Immigration on the scale it is the driving force for councils to build homes on green belt land” she continued.

Mrs. Guest commented on the way political correctness had gone to amazing extremes such as her local ‘greasy spoon’ cafe where the traditionally named “Full English Breakfast” had to be renamed “Large Cooked Morning Meal” to avoid upsetting Muslim visitors

Mrs. Guest said that a change in government at next year’s general election would make no difference, as the expected Tory landslide would only mean “Same lies, different coloured ties”.

Mrs. Guest continued her speech by saying “The labour party is importing their votes by wholesale immigration, but what do these politicians think when the Muslim population is big enough? They won’t be voting for the Labour party then will they? No. They will be voting for The Muslim Party”

“And then it’ll be too late!” she said

Mrs. Guest’s final point was “The biggest political party we face in any election is Apathy, and the only way we can’t fight apathy is by pushing bits of papers through doors telling people the truth”

A double standing ovation was given to Mrs. Guest who modestly shared her applause with her companions, Neal and Sheryl, who attend every single meeting with Marlene.

Birmingham man on trial over dog-fighting ring

A Birmingham man has gone on trial accused of being involved in one of Europe's largest dog-fighting syndicates.

Mohammed Farooq, 33, of Bordesley Green, is on trial at Lincoln Magistrates' Court along with Claire Parker, 44, of Kexby, Lincolnshire, and a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons.

The trio were charged following an investigation by BBC's Panorama programme into links between a dog-fighter called Gary Adamson and a Northern Ireland gang with paramilitary connections, who supplied illegal American pit bull dogs and travelled to fights as far away as Finland.

In a video of the BBC programme Inside Out, the undercover reporter who investigated the dog-fighting ring can be seen chatting to 38-year-old Adamson as he brags about his three pit bulls.

The reporter met Adamson after he started drinking with the Farmers Boys, a dog-fighting syndicate based in a small town called Tandragee, in Co Armagh, Northern Ireland.

The reporter, Steve Ibinson, who has since died in Afghanistan, said: "He (Adamson) sees himself as the Don King of pit bulls.

He was very relaxed in the company of the Farmers Boys, who made it clear that he was their guy in the North East of the UK. For the Farmers Boys he was part of one of the biggest dog-fighting syndicates in Europe."

Ibinson went on to describe how a fight filmed in Finland had left some of the dogs involved so badly injured that they would have to be put down.

He added: "The last dog in that incident was killed by putting on to its tail a crocodile clip and another one on to its ear and then connecting it to the main electrical system."

Footage, filmed secretly by Ibinson, showed Adamson playing with three of his pit bulls.

In one clip Adamson, a part-time odd job man, said he was looking for a swimming tank in which he could train his dogs.

He kept them at the side of his house in Yarm, Cleveland, in reinforced pens.

Birmingham Police chief "blames right wing protestors over inept policing and counter protests"

UNDER-fire West Midlands Police chief Chris Sims today hit out at right-wing protesters who he said sparked violent scenes in Birmingham, predicting they would “run out of steam”.

As criticism mounted over the way the demonstration was handled, Chief Constable Sims defended his officers and said “the people of Birmingham rose above the provocation by the English Defence League (EDL)”.

A total of 90 people were arrested on Saturday afternoon as members of anti-Islamic extremist EDL group clashed on the streets with Unite Against Facism (UAF) protestors.

The arrests were approximately 50:50 of people attached to both groups, and police were today targeting other trouble makers behind the mob violence that hit Birmingham city centre for the second time in a month.

Expressing pride in the officers involved in the policing operation, Mr Sims said: “Firmly policed, EDL elements from across the country showed their true colours and some 45 of their number were arrested.

“The communities of Birmingham and members of UAF did not dignify the EDL by offering a formal counter protest.

“They sent an unmistakable message to those who seek to gnaw away at the foundations of our vibrant, multi-cultural city.

“This left English Defence League members frustrated and isolated.”

Mr Sims said his only regret was that some opposed to the views of the EDL also “chose to use the day as an excuse for disorder” and an equal number were arrested.

He added: “I sincerely hope Birmingham does not have to experience another event of this kind.

“The groundwork with religious groups, youth organisations and politicians played a major part in ensuring the bonds of community cohesion remain unbroken today.”

However, Respect Party leader and councillor for Sparkbrook, Salma Yaqoob, claimed the people of Birmingham had been let down by the city council and West Midlands Police.

“The EDL came to Birmingham for one reason only: to spread hatred and division,” she said.

“They should never have been allowed to stir up trouble on the streets of our city centre. Everybody has the right to freedom of speech but nobody has the right to incite racial or religious hatred.

“Unless firm action is taken to tackle these hooligans, these scenes will be repeated again and again in our city centre.

“I do not want to see violence on our streets. This must not be allowed to happen again.”

Perry Barr MP Khalid Mahmood had earlier criticised the police operation and called for an inquiry into their handling of it.

He said: “West Midlands Police have had four weeks to plan for this but they have failed innocent members of the public in Birmingham city centre.”

But insisting that his officers had handled the situation well, Mr Sims said: “I have to weigh the rights of individuals to peacefully protest against the hurt and inconvenience such events can cause.”

He added that a “joint deterrent of a resolute police force and united community” would win out.

Abuse of Power by Tory Council Leader over small business in Birmingham Suburb?

Tory Birmingham City Council leader Mike Whitby is trying to stop a small business from opening in his Harborne ward – for the second time this year.

He is opposing plans for a cafe-bar in Harborne High Street, on the grounds that the venue would “dilute the quality” of the area.

But the man behind the scheme, which would create 20 jobs, has described Coun Whitby’s objection as “bizarre”.

It’s the second time recently that the council leader has sought to prevent a business from getting off the ground.

At the beginning of the year Coun Whitby lost a battle to prevent an Indian takeaway opening in Northfield Road, Harborne.

The council planning committee rejected his claims about unpleasant cooking smells and anti-social behaviour and approved the takeaway.

Members said similar outlets were regularly approved in other parts of Birmingham and Harborne should be treated no differently.

Now Coun Whitby has written to the committee demanding that Bristol-based bar chain Loungers be denied permission to turn 147 Harborne High Street, an empty former building society office, into a restaurant and cafe-bar.

The applicants want to open from 9am to 23.30 daily and say the premises could provide tables for 90 people.

Coun Whitby said the proposal would threaten the sustainability of other similar businesses in the street and undermine the Harborne economy.

Loungers owner Alex Reilly said: “The economy is on its knees and some people are saying this application should not be approved. That is a little bit ridiculous.

“What would they prefer? To keep the unit empty?"

"It is a bizarre objection. It is disappointing that the leader of the council has taken this view.”

Loungers has ten outlets at the moment, mainly in the south of England, but intends to expand its activities.

Mr Reilly said Loungers bars prided themselves on being informal meeting places, popular with daytime shoppers particularly mothers with children.

A council planning officer is recommending approval for the scheme when the committee meets next week.

James Mead pointed out that the High Street already has several “big name” shops and that 147 is sandwiched between a Cafe Nero outlet and a Blockbusters Video store.

He said there was no evidence to suggest that another cafe-bar would damage the economy.

Mr Mead added: “I consider that this proposal does not conflict with the objectives of ensuring vitality and viability to local centres.”

A spokesman for Coun Whitby said the leader did not wish to comment.

Criminal runs Birmingham drugs ring from a Panama prison cell

COPS want to extradite a Brummie criminal mastermind from Panama, where he has been running an international drugs ring by mobile phone from his prison cell.

Officers from SOCA, the Government’s Serious Organised Crime Agency, are probing the role of 52 year-old Birmingham gangster Leo Francis Morgan in the plot.

Morgan is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence for drugs offences in El Renacer prison – the hellhole which inspired the nightmarish Sona jail in TV show Prison Break.

From his cell, by the banks of the Panama Ship canal, he is said to be involved in a cocaine conspiracy which stretches all the way back to the UK.

Details of the gangster’s involvement only came to light when undercover SOCA officers smashed a conspiracy to flood Britain’s streets with drugs by notorious Liverpool villain George Moon.

It was Moon, 62, who orchestrated the UK end of the cocaine ring from his own prison cell at HMP Lindholme in Doncaster, using a mobile phone to contact Morgan in Panama.

Together, they plotted to smuggle cocaine with a street value of £300,000 into the UK.

Moon was sentenced to a further 18 years in prison at Liverpool Crown Court earlier this month for his part in the case.

Also jailed were Anthony Parry, 39, of Liverpool – said to be Moon’s right-hand man – Bilaal Khan, 27 of Bradford; Abid Hussain, 22, of Bradford; Lee Standeven, 24 of Widnes, and Harminder Singh, 25 of West Yorkshire.

Now, investigators are now turning their sights on Brummie Morgan.

Details of his life are scant but inquiries by the Sunday Mercury have revealed a violent past of armed robbery and drug dealing across Britain.

Originally from Frankley, Birmingham, Morgan fell in with what one former undercover cop described as “the number one armed robbery gang in England” during the 1980s.

Retired detective Ronnie Howard was part of a covert surveillance team which observed Morgan and the rest of his gang ‘casing’ a Harborne bank in 1986.

They watched in secret as Morgan, alongside ringleader Hubert Lloyd Forbes, and henchmen Wesley Augustus Stewart, John Bullivant and Lionel Alfonso Webb, staked out a security van’s movements for three weeks.

Cops pounced before the gang could strike and found a kilo of cocaine and a suitcase full of £13,000 worth of burned banknotes at Forbes’s palatial Edgbaston home.

But although Forbes was convicted on drugs offences, the rest of the gang was acquitted at a trial later that year, claiming that they were only meeting to discuss a drug deal.

“Make no mistake,” said ex-cop Howard. “This lot were as savage as they came, and they would not have thought twice about shooting anyone who got in their way.

“I know they were implicated in a number of jobs across the north of England back in the day but I only ever ran into them in this case.

“But they were in the Premier League of their criminal world and lived a champagne lifestyle of fast cars and glamorous women.”

The gang split up soon after their acquittal – but did not prosper.

John Bullivant was sent to prison for 25 years in the late 1980s for a botched armed robbery in Redditch, Worcestershire in which he shot at a policeman.

Lionel Alfonso Webb became an estate agent in London but was murdered in 1989 when he was shot in the face by an unknown killer.

The murder has never been solved but one theory is that it was a revenge attack for undercutting some rivals in overseas property transactions, although ex-cop Howard firmly believes a drug connection is more likely.

“This gang was no different to a lot of other hardened criminals in the late 80s.

“They realised it was safer and easier to make money in drugs then armed robbery, which was run by public schoolboys and hippies back then, so they easily took over that world.

“So for Leo Morgan to turn up running a drugs empire from his prison cell in Latin America is no surprise to me at all. He will be running that place with all the money I’m sure he’ll have.”

Swooped

According to sources in Panama Morgan fled the UK in 1992 to escape charges of importing cannabis and set himself up on a farm in the countryside.

But he was soon back to his old ways.

Panamanian police swooped on his farm and found 110 kilos of cocaine with a street value of half a million pounds.

He was sentenced to 10 years in the country’s tough El Rencaser prison which was considered so dangerous in the 1980s that the famous 82nd Airborne Division of the US Army assaulted and secured it during the invasion of Panama in 1989.

A rambling, ramshackle assortment of barbed wired buildings and cramped, unhygienic conditions in which prisoners are crammed into rat-infested cells, it is considered a law unto itself by many in Panama.

Tuberculosis, AIDS, and other diseases are common among the prison population. Gang tension is also rife and life is cheap, with money being the only guarantee of safety. Drugs are dealt freely in full view of prison guards.

The prison has housed some of South America’s most feared criminals and terrorists and its location close to the Panama Canal means it is ideally situated for drug traffickers moving their product from Colombia by sea.

One ex-pat journalist who works in Panama City confided that El Rencaser is considered a “country club for hardened criminals”.

Incredibly, it was from here that Morgan would receive phone calls from George Moon on a smuggled mobile and then use his extensive contacts in the Latin American underworld to arrange the consignments.

The parcels, made to look like engineering parts, were sent to Cork, Ireland, and then brought into Britain by fellow gang members.

The plot was finally exposed in May 2008 when prison guards became suspicious and seized a notebook from Moon’s prison cell containing phone numbers and details about the gang, helping police crack the case.

Anti-fascists clash with right-wing protesters in Birmingham

VIOLENT rioting brought Birmingham city centre to a standstill as rival groups of protesters clashed today.

Around 100 members of the right-wing English Defence League fought running battles with the vile UAF for more than three hours on Saturday afternoon.

Terrified shoppers locked themselves inside stores and cafes as they tried to avoid the fighting.

More than 30 people were arrested as police struggled to prevent the protests spilling over.

Members of the English Defence League, who had travelled from Luton and Bristol, held up signs reading: “Islamic Extremists Out” and “Make Britain Safe”.

They met in the Figure of Eight pub in Broad Street at 12.30pm where they began drinking pints of beer.

They sang the national anthem and Rule Britannia, as well as shouting insults against Allah and Islam.

But the protests turned nasty when the EDL reached New Street at about 2pm, where they clashed with 30 or so UAF protesters, who were holding up banners saying: “Give the EDL the red card.”

Shaven-headed men, some with bulldogs, squared up to the rival protesters before riot police intervened.

Bottles and glasses were thrown and masked men were seen wielding wooden poles.

Punches were thrown and the cops used their batons to stop the violence escalating further.

After an hour of angry skirmishes, police finally trapped around 60 EDL members in Bennetts pub in the city centre at 3.30pm, where they were held for more than an hour.

Meanwhile, a group of 60 Asian men gathered and tried to storm the premises, only being stopped by police using shields and protective headgear.

Moments later the gang re-appeared on a nearby street, throwing missiles and bricks they had picked up from a builder’s skip.

Eye-witness Sarah Edwards, who was locked in a cafe with dozens of other shoppers, said: “We suddenly saw about 200 Asian men running down the street throwing bricks.

“They came from nowhere, and were sprinting towards the pub where the EDL were."

“We were so scared."

“We really feared for our lives and we had to run into the cafe so we wouldn’t get hurt."

“It’s shocking to see this on our streets.”

West Midlands Police had planned to contain the protest at Lancaster Circus at 3.30pm – but the violence in the city centre meant they did not arrive until 5pm.

Police finally shepherded the EDL from Bennetts pub into double-decker buses.

As the convoy made its way to the demo site, drunken men were seen ripping up the seats and throwing them out of the window.

UAF shouted: “Nazi scum, out of Brum” while rival groups held placards reading: “Ban Mosques” and “No Sharia law”.

A police helicopter was deployed to monitor the protest and officers videoed the trouble.

Before the demonstration police and the city council had obtained an order allowing them to restrict “trespassing groups” in the Bullring area of the city.

They were granted permission to impose conditions on the protesters, restricting them to certain locations and a limit of 250 people

Orders were also passed restricting the demonstrations to two locations.

A West Midlands Police spokeswoman said: “West Midlands Police can confirm that in excess of 20 people have now been arrested in two separate incidents in Birmingham city centre."

“A group of more than 20 men were arrested on a bus in Digbeth High Street."

“Police moved in to make the arrests for violent disorder shortly after 3.30pm."

“Officers have also arrested a 41 year-old male for violent disorder in Waterloo Street.”

Leisha Brookes, from the EDL, said: “We are ptotesting against Sharia Law and the acceptance by our Government of Islamic extremism."

“It is unfortunate that it has come to this but we are a mulit faith group who are just trying to protest against extremism.”

She insisted that she did not want to see any violence and that the group were not fascists.”

No-one from the UAF was available for comment.

Police chiefs allay fears of violence at Birmingham protest

Police and council bosses have pledged it will be ‘business as usual’ in Birmingham city centre tomorrow despite fears of violent clashes between rival protesters.

City bosses have moved to ensure that anti-Islamic extremist protests by the English Defence League and counter demonstrations by Unite Against Fascism do not lead to clashes in the city’s main Saturday shopping areas.

But they admitted they have no idea whether five, 50, 500 or even more people will take to the streets as neither group has made direct contact with police.

Instead their information has come from tip-offs, the internet and mobile phone conversations with some participants leaving officers in the dark about how the protests will be organised.

They are stepping up police numbers on Saturday afternoon, invoking special powers under the Public Order Act and have arranged two protest sites to keep the demonstrations away from the busy New Street and Bullring area to ensure that 150,000 expected visitors can shop in peace and safety.

Police refused to identify the sites but confirmed one will not be Victoria Square as it is hosting a large RAF display this weekend.

The EDL have already reacted by arranging, via their website, to meet under police supervision on Broad Street where they will be led to their protest site. The UAF indicated they will not be carrying out a counter-protest, lessening the threat of trouble.

Police have also made four arrests and are following up further enquiries following the publication of CCTV images of the disturbances in the city on August 8.

And they admitted that contrary to some statements in the wake of the trouble, the majority of the protesters involved were from Birmingham and surrounding area and not outsiders.

Assistant Chief Constable Sharon Rowe said they have to balance the safety of shoppers and workers with the protesters’ fundamental right to free speech.

She confirmed the Home Office has granted a section 14a order, under the Public Order Act, giving them the right to move protests away from the Bullring shopping centre.

She said: “The groups have chosen to protest on a day when there are a large number of visitors in the city centre. The information on the protests changes hourly on both sides. We are getting most of our information from the internet.”

Birmingham City Council’s head of resilience Sharon Lea said that more disorder could have a huge negative impact on the local retail economy.

“It is the last Saturday before many children return to school, families will be out shopping for school uniforms. We expect 150,000 visitors to the city centre. The disorder on August 8th led to a losses of 15 per cent for one large store. With these measures we will ensure it is business as usual tomorrow.”

Meanwhile the chairman of Birmingham Methodist Church, Rev Bill Anderson, has written to the Home Office and West Midlands Police asking for them to ban the protest by the EDL.

“Their sole aim is to create tension and to intimidate and provoke the people of Birmingham with racist and Islamophobic abuse,” he said.

BNP Launches New Group in Telford By TITVS ADVXAS

Thursday night saw the first official British National Party meeting in Telford, Shropshire, attended by 45 people specially invited to inaugurate the new unit.

“The area needs a local group because there are so many new BNP members in the area as a result of the large number of enquiries generated from the Euro elections,” said meeting host and West Midlands organiser, Alwyn Deacon.

West Midlands election officer James Whittall revealed that without any local organisation, the BNP had polled nine percent of the vote in Telford. “This is an impressive result when it is considered that we only put out the one election leaflet in the area,” Mr Whittall said. “That compares to an average of eight and a half percent average for the rest of the West Midlands where we did canvass and leaflet.”

Next speaker was West Midlands training organiser Richard Lumby who dealt with some practical issues in making a group popular amongst locals by, amongst other things, assisting residents with issues which other parties do not wish to touch.

The meeting was then opened for a question and answer session during which local attendees were able to ask questions about the functioning of a local group and how best to go about setting one up.

Last speaker was West Midlands Secretary Mike Bell who detailed how he and four others had started the South Birmingham Group which had now expanded into a branch which could hold meetings of 200 people or more.

“We did this from a support base similar to that here in Telford,” Mr Bell said, adding that it was the intention of the party to have Telford BNP fully functioning with all officials in place before the end of the year.

A collection was held in which £100 was raised to launch the new group.

Thieves steal car from Erdington home of dying cancer patient

Thieves stole a car from the Birmingham home of a bedridden cancer patient while family members were at his side for the final hours of his life, police have said.

Scott Wright, 26, lay at home in Erdington surrounded by loved ones when a thief, or thieves, crept into the house and took the keys to his Volkswagen Golf.

Noticing that the car, and his mother's handbag, had been stolen, Mr Wright's family reported the theft to police but kept the news secret from him so as not to upset him.

Mr Wright, who was given three months to live in June, had been battling cancer since August last year. His health had deteriorated badly and his family gathered at the house to offer comfort and support on Wednesday evening.

Police said the theft happened at some point between 10.45pm that night and 1.45am the following morning. Mr Wright died two hours after police officers left the house on Holliday Road on Thursday.

Mr Wright's mother, Lynn Wright, said: "Scott was a hard-working young man who was close to his family and liked by everyone who met him. He had fought a brave battle against cancer and endured his gruelling treatment without complaint.

"The family are grateful that his final moments were not marred by the knowledge of the theft of his car."

Detective sergeant Richard Cox, of West Midlands Police, added: "This is a truly tragic case that has devastated a family when they are already going through such a terrible time. It is highly likely that the offenders in this case would not have known about Scott's poor health, or the present circumstances, but that offers little comfort to his grieving family.

"The family understandably feel that they were robbed of two precious hours which could have been spent with Scott rather than giving statements, cancelling bank cards, and the like."

CONTROVERSIAL former Lye councillor Abdul Qadus has been awarded £8,320 after being made redundant from his job in sales without pay.

Abdul, of Brook Road, Oldswinford, who lost his Dudley Council seat back in 2002 after he was convicted and jailed for passport fraud, claimed he was owed wages and left without redundancy pay after losing his job as a regional sales supervisor at Pareto Marketing Ltd due to financial cutbacks.

The former Tory councillor, who tried to make a comeback in last year’s local elections, told a Birmingham Employment Tribunal hearing he had been employed for six years promoting credit cards at the firm.

The company, which has a branch at Wrexham and a head office in Belfast, failed to attend the hearing - at which Mr Qadus made compensation claims for redundancy pay, unpaid wages, notice, holiday pay and expenses.

Tribunal chairman John Crump rejected a claim for paternity pay because it had not been included on the claim form.

But he awarded Mr Qadus £2,292 in unpaid wages, £1,550 notice pay and more than £3,000 redundancy money.

Donna Causer, a former regional sales employee with the firm, also attended the hearing and said she was waiting to make similar claims against the firm.

Abdul did not wish to comment after the hearing.

A CHARITY which helps Somali migrants to settle into the West Midlands community has received a financial boost from the Birmingham Mail Charity Trust.

Ileys Community Association, which meets at Waterloo Road, Smethwick, was given a £1,335 grant which it used to fund drama therapy courses for children.

The organisation was set up 18 months ago to help integration and offer advice on a range of issues from housing to language. About 500 Somali families are living in the area. Co-ordinator Hodan Rashid, who moved to the UK three years ago, said: "The organisation was set up to help the Somali community integrate into the local community. Before that, there were problems with anti-social behaviour and harassment but since the group was set up things have really changed and improved. We have worked with the police to address some of the issues and it has been a real success. We have achieved a lot in a short space of time," she said.

"We offer advice sessions particularly to help with translation but we are now starting to offer more social and leisure sessions and activities. We used the money from the BMCT to offer drama therapy classes to children of all ages. We hired a drama therapist who works in the local community in schools. The courses explored emotions and it really helped the children, particularly the younger ones, to settle into the community. It also helped their parents to mix and socialise with other parents," she added.

"The feedback has been fantastic. When I came to England I lived in London and there was a much larger Somali community. There seemed to be more problems when I came to the Midlands because the population was smaller and integration was more difficult." she concluded

Chainsaw wielding man threatens to cut legs off kids in Harborne park

POLICE armed with submachine guns sealed off a Birmingham park after a man wielding a chainsaw threatened to cut the legs off a group of young children as they played hide and seek.

The youngsters were looking for hiding places in Queen’s Park, Harborne when they stumbled across the man lurking in the bushes.

He was holding a chainsaw and threatened to attack them unless they gave him food.

The terrified children ran away and called the police, who sealed off the park. Cops turned up clutching Heckler & Koch MP5 submachine guns, which fire more than 700 rounds a minute.

After a search, a man was held in the grounds of nearby Baskerville School, and found to be a workman who pleaded that he had only been playing a prank on the kids.

One of the children caught up in the scare was 11 year-old Oscar McNaughton, from Harborne, who was in the park for summer holiday fun with his friends.

Last night, his father Andrew said: “They were playing hide and seek and went into the bushes where there was a wire fence separating the park from Baskerville School. “That’s when they saw the man. He was holding a chainsaw and threatened to cut their legs off, saying: ‘I’m going to have you unless you give me your food’.

“Oscar and his friends ran off but then went back a few minutes later to see if the man had gone – but he was still there and threatened them again with the chainsaw.

Mr McNaughton said his son then used the mobile phone he had been given just a month previously for emergencies, to ring 999.

“Within minutes there were several uniformed police on the scene,” he said. “Then the armed response unit turned up with officers carrying MP5 submachine guns.

“They evacuated that part of the park and began a search of the school grounds.”

A West Midlands Police spokeswoman said a man had been arrested in the grounds of Baskerville School on Tuesday last week. “Officers attended the scene and spoke with a man. After talking to him they established what had happened, and no further action was taken.”

She said the man was believed to be a council workman who appeared to have done it as a prank to scare the children.

Birmingham City Council is investigating if the workman was employed by them, and may take further action.

Mr McNaughton, a project manager for an IT company, said he was proud of the way his son and his friends had reacted to the incident.

“I’d only bought him the phone a month before because he’s left Harborne Primary and is starting at King Edward’s Camp Hill in September,” he said. “I felt he needed a phone.

“The whole purpose of letting him go and play in the park on his own with his mates was to get him used to being independent ahead of going to senior school – but this wasn’t what I had in mind! He was very calm when he rang 999 and told the operator exactly where they were, and what the situation was.”

Mr McNaughton and his wife Roz, both aged 43, who have one other son, Louis, aged 13, said it was “foolish and stupid” of the council workman to have played such a prank on young children.

This is the calibre of Birmingham City Council Employees?

We pay our council tax for these people, therefore WE PAY THEIR WAGES.

Thursday night saw the latest meeting in North Birmingham as two of The British National Party's major figures were joined by yet another local Birmingham activist delivering his debut speech.

Local North Birmingham organiser Mark Power started the meeting off by immediately introducing the BNP's National Deputy Treasurer, David Hannam.

Mr. Hannam described his journey to the North Birmingham venue, as "atrocious", mentioning several incidents, including one where a 'foreign' driver had given way to him whilst on a traffic island, actually stopping to let Mr. Hannam onto the island.

Talking about the party's finances, Mr. Hannam described how our relatively healthy state of finances is always being mis-represented by the press and by official bodies such as The Electoral Commission.

Regarding the so-called late submission of the Quarterly Donation Return to the Electoral Commisson, Mr Hannam said "I telephoned the electoral commission to ask why they had reported that the Quarterly Return hadn't been received, when in fact they had."

Mr. Hannam went on saying "they claimed that they had not received some correspondence from us, however, we will contest this issue, as the party absolutely did submit this return.

Considering we have not been late before with our return, the commission should simply have contacted us before going to the press."

"The electoral commission point blankly refused to amend their press release to admit an error in their reporting" said Mr. Hannam.

Mr. Power then introduced the second speaker was West Midlands Elections Organiser James Whittall, who told of the way that even rural areas have been affected by immigration.

Mr. Whittall said that the treacherous labour party had identified some rural areas near him as being "far too white" and ideal for placing thousands of families of immigrants.

In reference to the recent attack on The BNP by Lenin admiring Trevor Phillips and The CEHR and their proposed court actions, Mr. Whittall rightly commented "What if a member of The BNP had said the reverse in speaking about an area of Birmingham like Nechells or Handsworth being 'too immigrant'?"

As a result of this anti-white policy by New Labour, Mr. Whittall said "Cities like Shrewsbury, Hereford and Worcester had become completely unrecognisable to what they were a mere 20 years ago."

After a short interval, Mr. Power finally announced the night's final speaker, Trevor Lloyd, a local activist, who was making his debut speech at a BNP meeting.

Mr. Lloyd's highly intellectual offering, discussed the chaos theory and the reasoning of the Malthusian catastrophe theory and how this might be an inevitable consequence of the current policies of a Labour, Tory or even Liberal government.

Mr. Lloyd said "The only way to prevent this nightmare is by the implementation of BNP policies, through a BNP government."

Mr. Lloyd received a rapturous applause for his thought provoking and highly well presented speech.

Exposed: The “Blacks Only” Police Association That the CEHR Ignores

The race Gestapo, otherwise known as the Commission for Equality and Human Rights, has launched legal steps against the British National Party over its membership criteria — but has ignored black police associations whose membership criteria openly discriminates based on colour.

These “blacks only” police associations link their websites to the CEHR website, precluding any claims of ignorance on the part of the CEHR concerning these taxpayer-funded, racially–exclusive organisations which forbid whites from becoming members.

The National Black Police Association has recently put up a disclaimer on its website saying that whites can join — but have only done so since the BNP pointed out its blacks-only membership criteria.

Therein lies the rub: “full members” are defined racially by the NBPA’s associate organisations.

Take, for example, the Gloucester Black Police Officers Association, which says on its website:

“Membership Requirements

* Full membership open to all black Police Officers, Civilian Support Staff and Special Constables directly employed by the Gloucestershire Constabulary.”

The Gloucester BPA is not the only such associative body to restrict its membership in this way. Below are screenshots of the websites of a number of black policing associations. From these it can be seen that all of these associations, which receive state funding, restrict their membership racially.

The irony of this is that the BNP does not have any problem with people of whatever background who wish to organise themselves upon ethnic grounds for whatever cause they desire.

It does, however, seem that the CEHR is only interested in persecuting an organisation which strives for the interests of the ethnically indigenous native British population — and leaves all other groups alone.

The CEHR’s hypocrisy and double standards will, it is predicted, soon cost that organisation and the entire race police infrastructure dearly.

The BNP is not going to let this matter rest, especially when it is being persecuted for daring to speak out for the native people of Britain.

There exists in Britain hundreds, possibly thousands, of organisations that cater for and advocate the interests of their own racial, religious or ethnic groups. None of these groups have drawn any opprobrium from the 'race relations' industry. The only ethnic organisation Phillips has attacked is the British National Party, which fights for the rights of the native British people.

Yep - that about sums us up

The title might seem a little obscure to the none- B.N.P. nationalist but as Excalibur the retail branch of the B.N.P. has drinking vessels for sale emblazoned with the saying “another white mug” we have more insight into what is being conveyed here than the ordinary person.

If we wend our way through the pages of British history we will find unsavoury content repugnant to many and in contrast events that extol Britishness to the highest order of virtue.

However, it should be noted that the negative aspects involved in the development of the British peoples is grossly outweighed by the positive. The strength of the British peoples is renowned worldwide. A strength that evolved from the tenacity of the fair skinned races inspired by a religion that promoted love … the religion of Christianity … a religion based on Christ a man who stood against the injustices of his time and the unjust characteristics of this world.

The Christian value upon which our culture has evolved over the last two thousand years is now sadly being exploited by anti- Christians and others that have no religious values. The British social system appears to be currently undergoing a program of foreign infiltration that is either assimilating or destroying all opposition to it. The attack upon our system is allowed to continue because to oppose it is unjustifiably portrayed as RACIST or ANTI-CHRISTIAN.

The main current weakness of the British peoples was once the strength that put the GREAT into Britain … strength formed from compassion and love from which our Christian society evolved. However, it is because of the Christian value of love that our country is now under the control of British despots and sycophants controlled by foreign powers … a country that is gradually adopting the traits of the detrimental foreign influences that undermine our system. Influences that will inevitably, if not neutralised, destroy the British way of life and place the legacy of Britain in the laps of the illegitimate.

The proposal of the introduction of sharia law into Britain is a major topic and step towards the destruction of the values of British Christianity. The religions of Christianity and Islam cannot exist side by side as the values in these religions vehemently oppose one another … one religion will have to succumb to the will of the other or both will remain in perpetual conflict.

The introduction of sharia law into Britain is a direct racist attack upon the British peoples as it threatens British culture and British Christian values the basis of the culture. The current Christian Archbishop Rowen Williams (Judging by his behaviour Rowen Atkinson would be more apt a description) has promoted the introduction of sharia law into Britain thus exposing the deep penetrating level of adverse foreign infiltration in our society.

Our main church leadership is adopting policies that will eventually destroy the Christian Church that they falsely represent. The Archbishop is acting in a way that could be considered tantamount to treason in his betrayal of Christianity and the British peoples … perhaps he should acknowledge what happened to Archbishop Sudbury in 1381:

“On this day, June 14, 1381, while Wat Tyler negotiated with the king, the mob broke into the Tower of London, shouting, "Where is the traitor to the kingdom? Where is the spoiler of the commons?" When they found Archbishop Sudbury, he was at prayer before an altar with some of his associates. The rebels dragged all of them outside and down some steps to Tower Hill where they hacked off their heads as traitors. Lifting the heads on pikes, they carried them in triumph through the city”

Well as Rowen promotes sharia, decapitation should not come as too much of a surprise to him.

So what is so different about sharia law? According to the sharia way of thinking, “women are born deficient and homosexuals should be thrown off mountains” (Daily Mail/ 17-5-2008).

In view of this statement around fifty percent of our population had better start wising up a bit rapidly and ten percent should learn to stay clear of mountains when in the company of Muslims.

When you add Apostasy (the killing of a Muslim who decides to try another religion) or the stoning to death of a woman accused of adultery (having their heads publicly smashed in with rocks) often merely a stitched up rape victim it can be seen that this religion wreaks of hatred, irrationality, ignorance and violence as opposed to the love, rationality and peace promoted by TRUE British Christianity.

However, the love and compassion shown by Christians towards all others of different cultures and religions really does warrant the handle on the back especially when the intention of those helped is to destroy the helper.

The love shown towards technologically backward and hate filled cultures that wish to destroy our way of life is counter- productive to our own culture. The process needs to be re-evaluated or we really will warrant the HANDLE ON THE BACK as we are relegated to second or third class people in our own country.

EARLY MUSLIM AGGRESSION

The Muslims often highlight the medieval barbarity employed by the European armies in the Crusades 1096- 1272 A.D. However, there is little merit in the accusations other than the actions were the medieval actions of the times … medieval actions abandoned today by Europeans but still employed by Muslims.

It should be noted that the initial Islamic expansion program following the death of Muhammad in 632 A.D provoked the medieval Crusades. The early part of the program consisted of the Muslim conquest of Damascus in 635 A.D., Jerusalem in 638 A.D., Alexandria in 641 and Spain in 711 A.D.

The initial attacks upon Christendom continued until temporary repelled in 732 A.D. by the Franks (French) under Charles Martel (Charles the Hammer). Islam continued in its aggressive expansion policy until eventually defeating the Byzantine army in the highly strategically important Battle of Manzikert in 1071 A.D.

The Byzantine Empire was the heart of Christendom. The Pope Gregory VII in 1074 called upon the Christian countries to support Byzantium. The first Crusade resulted in the capture of Jerusalem in 1099 under the main directive of Geoffrey of Boulogne who later became immortalised as one of The Nine Worthies.

The nine Crusades were a vicissitude of fortune between Islam and Christianity with victory having leaned more towards Islam by the end of the Crusades. By the middle of the fifteenth century Constantinople, the capital of the Byzantium Empire, was successfully overrun by the Muslim armies after the walls were breached with cannon fire … and still on they come.

CURRENT MUSLIM AGGRESSION

The current Muslim aggression is seen all around us in the modern contemporary world. The slow insidious modern conquest by soft- power encroachment cultural infiltration and dominance is there to be seen.

The bombings in London that left over fifty people dead displayed the true face and intentions of the perpetrators and their kind. The rally against the return of our soldiers in Leeds by a small group of Muslims showed what side these people are on whether carrying a British passport or not.

The fact that the police allowed the protest and arrested relatives of the soldiers is another indicator of the level of foreign infiltration in our security forces. If these people really cared they would not have to do things such as blow up buses or debase military rallies. If they voted B.N.P. they would be voting for an end to the fighting in both Iraq and Afghanistan thus saving the lives of people in those countries and the lives of young British soldiers.

CONCLUSION

The British peoples are being taken for mugs … if one day you find it difficult to turn around in a confined space it might be more than confinement. The majority of the British peoples are either too uninformed, misinformed or fearful to stand their ground. The few that are standing do so under the banner of the British National Party weathering all that the arrant filth of the establishment can muster. The only rational way forward is with the British National Party … THE NEW PEOPLES’ PARTY

The Saturday morning drive from a white working class area of Birmingham, known as Acocks Green, to the Derbyshire countryside went without a hitch, until we reached Codnor Denby Lane at its junction with Heanor Lane, where the UAF protest march was due to commence, the road being completely blocked, by the mindless.

I was ordered by police to drive around to the other side, the 'other side' being Breach Road and Denby Common, where another ugly group of ugly protesters had gathered, which proved a little scary for my partner and our other passengers, who were quite troubled by the great unwashed.

I told my passengers that these ugly people are simply misguided fools and are simply following the agenda of the cowards at the top of the tree, of the UAF, the SWP, The unions, the New-Labour party, The Tory Party, and signatories of it, David Cameron, Tony Benn, Peter Hain, and Ken Livingston were the ones that came to mind.

Just think about it!

All of those political parties, organisations and other people (and more), involved in a display of fascist totalitarianism.

The elites don't want The British National Party to have a family weekend, and are prepared to use violence, through The UAF to do it, yet you never see the organ grinders at work.

Weyman Bennett, had made some noises on the internet in the days before, but not even he was around, as the red-eyed reds, who'd travelled up on the red-eye, were grunting and growling at us.

Like Simon Darby said, about 100 of us were delayed due to these creatures.

Inside the festival, we couldn't even hear the animal noises outside.

Now the Telegraph have produced their report of the commotion outside and the goings on inside, in their usual disproportionate way.

Making sure that they could call us all the usual names and try to hint at racism, they drew reference to the beastly chants from outside:

The main body of demonstrators, which was monitored by a camera mounted on a drone, gathered in Codnor's Market Place, chanting "Nazi scum, off our streets" and waving placards from campaign group Unite Against Fascism and various trade union groups.

Dozens of tents had been pitched on the BNP festival site, around 200 yards from where police were forced to hold back protesters.

Journalists from some media organisations were invited on to the site, where a political marquee had been set up to hear speeches and a Ford Ka was up for grabs in a raffle alongside stalls selling badges and pork scratchings.

A coconut shy - featuring images of Tony Blair, Jack Straw and Gordon Brown and offering festival-goers the chance to "knock a traitor off the stick" - had also been set up at the festival site.

So why mention the pork scratchings, as if we didn't know?

I, for one, enjoyed my first Red-White-and-Blue, as did my entourage, as the attempts by the Amber Valley Council to deter the party's party failed like a Labour candidate at a by-election:

Preventing use of caravans and campervans,

Not allowing a funfair for children,

Not allowing a liquor license,

Enforcing archaic laws on noise to hinder partying by BNP revellers.

What the UAF and Amber Valley did achieve, by their actions, was to further the resolve of my previously BNP-sceptical passengers, to support and go forward with the party.

They, like me, want their country back.

And like me they are prepared to back Nick Griffin and The BNP in the dark times that surely lay ahead.

New Labour once had a slogan: ‘Tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime’ and it is a widely held belief that of all the New Labour policies in the run up to the 1997 general election, this single one item, more than any other of their alleged policies, gave them their historic landslide victory.

From my council house (not a social house), in a white working class area of Birmingham, known as Acocks Green, I’m ashamed to say that several things saw me vote for the dreaded reds again, the main one being the discord and disunity in the ranks of the Tory party.

Now I see the bigger picture, as its apparent that there’s no difference between any of them.

LiLac or New Labour, Tory and Lib-Dem are all the same, they are all "floored."

They are "flawed" because each of them follow and support what I refer to as The diabolic trinity or the Three “I“s

They support for mass Immigration.
They support continued membership of the European Union.
They hate the Indigenous people of these British isles.

Ok two “I”s and an “E”, but two out of three is an excellent score for the LILaCs!

Returning to toughness on crime, here is a look at the policy of the British National Party, the only party that will keep all of its election promises, the proof being one Nick Griffin, who said that if he was returned as an MEP, he would find out and publicise who are the traitors that have run our country into the ground leaving it at the mercy of the EU.

And true to his word, he and his researchers are doing that as I write this article.

Britain suffers from more than 27,000 crimes per day, or more than ten million crimes per year – the direct result of decades of softly-softly politically correct policing and a failed social engineering policy which has put the rights of yobs and criminals above that of victims.

According to the Office for National Statistics’ British Crime Survey of 2008, 22 percent of people in Britain will be the victim of some crime during the course of a single year.

To combat this shocking state of affairs, the British National Party seeks a return to traditional standards of law enforcement, combined with social reform directed at addressing the root causes of criminal behaviour.

To this end, BNP crime and justice policy will:

- Free the police and courts from the politically correct straitjacket which is stopping them from doing their jobs properly;

- End the liberal fixation with the “rights” of criminals and replace it with concern for the rights of victims – and the right of innocent people not to become victims;

- Re-introduce corporal punishment for petty criminals and vandals;

- Restore capital punishment for paedophiles, terrorists and murderers as an option for judges in cases where their guilt is proven beyond dispute (such as with DNA or other compelling evidence).

At the same time, the BNP recognises that decades of social welfare dependence – encouraged by disastrous Labour and Tory policies – which is the primary cause of social delinquency, must be brought to an end.

Social reform is therefore also required. Workfare, not welfare, except to the neediest, should be the norm. Only in this way can the cycle of social deprivation, which is the primary cause of indigenous criminality, be broken.

To this end, the BNP will introduce a system of workfare for those in unemployment benefit for more than six months with compulsory work and training in return for decent payment.

The socialist building block housing concrete monstrosities which blight our urban areas and which are the breeding ground for delinquency and crime will be torn down and replaced with decent housing which encourages the stable family unit.

Non-indigenous crime – rapidly becoming a serious problem, as the knife and gun crime epidemic spreading throughout our major cities – will be dealt with in terms of BNP immigration and identity policy.

Overcrowding in prisons will be solved by the deportation of the tens of thousands of foreign criminals to serve their sentences abroad in their home countries. This act alone will free up to 70 percent of jail space in many prisons.

The BNP will also:

- Make prisons more austere and make criminals serve their full sentences. Offenders will be made to understand that they are being punished and not rewarded with a state-subsidised holiday for their crimes;

- Use electronically tagged “chain gangs” to provide labour for projects such as coastal defences;

- Introduce automatic prison sentences for all repeat offenders;

- Put police back on the streets and remove their current political correctness shackles;

- Allow victims of crime full freedom to defend themselves and their property;

- Make joint custody of children the norm in divorce cases;

- Grant anonymity to those accused of crimes until they are convicted;

- Make police concentrate on real criminals and serve the public, not the government’s political aspirations.

The British National Party alone recognises that crime must be tackled on two levels: firstly by effective policing, and secondly by addressing the root social causes of crime, both indigenous and non-indigenous in origin.

Addressing these two issues will solve the crime problem.

The time has come for change.

On my personal blog last Thursday I commented on train robber Ronnie Biggs being released from prison on ‘compassionate’ grounds, drawing reference to the previous nights Audience with Marlene Guest “Is It Me?”.

The man may be ill, but he spent 30 years, the best years of his life, partying and sticking two fingers up at you and I, while we grafted and slogged hard, to keep our homes and feed our children.

Still showing absolutely no remorse, as he withers away, either from himself or through his son, he is still sticking those two fingers up at us.

And the New Labour ‘Minister for Justice’ Jack Straw has allowed Biggs to show us this final contempt.

Guest speakers Paul Golding and Marlene Guest headlined the bill for East Birmingham BNP’s latest meeting to an eager audience of nearly 70 people packing the assembly room to bursting point.

Having Paul Golding as a second speaker shows the depth of quality that the British National Party has in it’s ranks, and Mr Golding who, starting with Queen Boadicea gave us a thorough history lesson in ‘indigenous resistance’ over the years, against the would be invaders of British soil.

Mr Golding went on to say “Our (The BNP) hard work over the recent years has started to pay off, as in 2008 we saw our first representation above local level as Richard Barnbrook took his seat on the London Assembly”

“This year we saw a further elevation in representation as Nick Griffin and Andrew Brons were elected to the European parliament” Mr Golding continued “And further proof of our growth is that core membership of The BNP saw a rise of over 35% in the first six months of 2009″

During the brief interval where we enjoyed yet another excellent buffet, provided by organiser Tanya Lumby, I chatted with several supporters who had travelled some fair distances to see the two guest speakers, including Nuneaton & Bedworth councillor Martyn Findlay who had bought his wife, Debbie, and their four children along to this oratory treat.

Just before the main speaker started, Birmingham secretary Mike Bell gave us a taster of the upcoming ‘Red White and Blue’ weekend, by telling us about previous years RWB festivals, and attempts by the local council to spoil this year’s event by imposing a ban on caravans or camper-vans on the private land of the organiser of the event.

Speaker of the evening was Marlene Guest, who was having an “Is it Me?” month following dreadful times in Rotherham where her local council were using Mrs Guests membership of the party to exclude her from her democratic right to free speech in various events, including protest over the proposed use of green belt land, and the injustice afforded to local pensioners over cutbacks in services and the resulting farming out of services like meals-on-wheels, to private firms.

Following some thought provoking statements, Mrs Guest said “Everybody’s BNP in my home town, but they don’t know it yet”.

Mrs Guest finished by urging everybody to inspect the accounts of the local councillors under the freedom of information act because , as she said “Once you’ve got it in black and white, you’ve got ‘em” to which she received a standing ovation.

Finally, new fund-holder John Pugh announced that the meeting had raised £237.

Wolverhampton BNP Meeting Attracts All Comers

Over 50 people from a wide area including Shropshire, Staffordshire, Birmingham and the Black Country, as well as locals, met for the latest Wolverhampton British National Party branch meeting to listen to local activists speak.

Wolverhampton organiser, Simon Patten, opened proceedings with a detailed account of fundraising and canvassing reports in the lead up to the European elections in June and more recent tales, plus an expose on how a government funded group, known as the UAF is being supported and utilised by all parties and left wing pressure groups.

"At a table top sale before the election we were surrounded by UAF supporters at all points who were attempting to incite us to act" said Mr Patten.

"As there were only a few of us, and we knew that the Black Country team were doing a similar sale a few miles away, we telephoned them for support" Mr Patten continued "and we waited only about 15 minutes before Russ Green and John Salvage turned up".

He concluded "both John (Painter) and John (Salvage), from the Black Country, were spat at, but as we are a peaceful party, we did not retaliate".

Mr Patten also introduced the new Wolverhampton BNP team, himself the organiser, Mike Kiely (deputy organiser), Dave Bradnock the new fund-holder, and local BNP first points of contact John Painter (Wolverhampton S/E), Stuart Gardner (Wolverhampton S/W) and Mike South Staffordshire).

The second speaker, making his maiden public speech, the aforementioned Mr Painter, who briefly told of his reasons for joining the party and then spoke of the first few months after joining, and in a light hearted manner, of some notable incidents that had happened to him during the table top sales and public canvassing that Mr Patten had previously mentioned.

Third speaker was former Black Country organiser Ken Griffiths, who spoke in depth over planning application controversies in the Dudley area and made more valid points about how the UAF are being utilised by all parties at local levels to attempt to hinder the democratic rights of the BNP.

Following the main interval, where a sumptuous buffet was provided by Mr Kiely and his daughter, the main speaker of the night, Phil Reddall spoke of several worldwide stories of how indigenous populations had struggled to overcome devastation, such as Japan, where following world war two, the Japanese economy had prospered to the point where Japan is the world leader in many industries and technologies.

Mr Reddall concluded by saying that the only way that the indigenous peoples of Britain would prosper, would be under a BNP government.

Fund-holder Mr Gardner announce that £227 had been raised from the raffle and collection, and the meeting concluded with the raffle, where Titvs won a "GREATWHITE" tee shirt, which at size XL would be "tight as" anything.

West Midlands BNP Enters Intensive Candidate Training Phase By TITVS ADVXAS

Looking to follow up recent election successes, the West Midlands branch of the British National Party assembled around thirty prospective candidates for next year's local election, to commence their basic party training.

These candidates came from all over the West Midlands, representing Dudley, Sandwell, Wolverhampton, North Birmingham, East Birmingham, South Birmingham and Bromsgrove.

Tutors for the day were BNP West Midlands Regional Training Organiser, Richard Lumby and Nuneaton & Bedworth BNP local councillor, Martyn Findley.

Mr Lumby delivered three modules, covering candidate suitability, community politics and advice for public speaking.

Mr Findley delivered one module, about "Life as a BNP councillor" in his usual gutsy style.

These training seminars are intended to be duplicated throughout the country, in order to standardise preparations and to provide a resource for future candidates.

Catering of refreshments and buffet lunch for the day were by the versatile East Birmingham organiser and wife to the RTO, Tanya Lumby.

All the candidates agreed the this new resource was worthwhile, with Mr Lumby, Mrs Lumby and Mr Findley receiving a rapturous applause after their respective inputs and to close the meeting.

The BNP currently have over one hundred local and parish councillors, three county councillors, one London Assembly member, Richard Barnbrook and, of course, the two MEPs, Nick Griffin and Andrew Brons.

The training seminars will continue over the coming months culminating, we expect, with even further successes in the local elections in May 2010.

Solihull BNP Draws Large Crowd to Hear Local Speakers

By TITVS ADVXAS - Around 70 people packed last night's British National Party Solihull meeting to hear three local speakers explain to newcomers why they had joined the party as the only way to save Britain.

First on the platform was pensioner and BNP activist George Rouse.

In his maiden speech before a party meeting, Mr Rouse told why he had joined the party and how he had worked hard in the past election with leafleting and fundraising activities.

"The BNP's policies are the only fair and just way in which the problems facing Britain can be sorted out," Mr Rouse said.

Next speaker was local activist David Jackson who entertained the audience with a comical and reasoned speech about the corruption of the old parties and the need for a transparent BNP government.

"The other parties' public representatives, from local councillors to MPs, have been proven to be corrupt," Mr Jackson said.

The interval, introduced by master of ceremonies and local organiser Frank O'Brien, was marked by a buffet and an entertaining karaoke. West Midlands secretary Mike Bell and other members provided great entertainment with an impromptu and rousing rendition of "Jerusalem."

Last speaker for the night was West Midlands training officer, Richard Lumby, who spoke on the causes behind the credit crunch and the necessity of Britain being completely economically independent.

The highly successful evening was topped with an announcement from deputy organiser Bob Lassen and fundholder Pat Jelley that the meeting had raised £316 through the raffle and collection.

Cannock British National Party met in Hednesford last night and kicked off with a two minute silence for Great War Veteran and the world’s oldest man, Henry Allingham and all British service personnel who had sacrificed for this country.

The meeting, chaired by fund holder Terry Majorowicz, was then introduced to several prospective local BNP candidates and sitting parish councillors who were in attendance.

Mr Majorowicz provided an amusing introduction and revealed how he had come to the BNP after first trying to do something for this country in the Conservative Party. “All they wanted to do was hold dinner parties, and it was only when I joined the BNP that I was finally able to do something about saving my country,” he said.

Next speaker was organiser Bill Vaughan who read a humorous piece about how ethnic minorities were allowed to organise along ethnic grounds without anyone objecting, but that if indigenous British people tried to do that, they were attacked by the media and other politicians.

Prospective candidate Ray Evan spoke next, giving his first ever public speech in which he pointed out how British people are discriminated against and put last in the provision of public services.

Before breaking for the second half, Mr Majorowicz introduced 70-year-old Bob and 88-year-old Alf, who are still active for the party in Cannock and who have not missed a meeting in three years.

The second half of the meeting was addressed by guest speaker Arthur Kemp, who used a George Orwell 1984 theme to illustrate how decades of Conservative and Labour rule had led to the total inversion of all the things which had made Britain great. His speech had the 30 plus crowd on their feet for a double ovation.

Another New BNP Branch Launched: Bromsgrove Hits the Ground Running By TITVS ADVXAS

More than 70 people attended the inaugural meeting of the new British National Party branch in Bromsgrove last night, firmly establishing the party in yet another part of the West Midlands in the ongoing fight to keep Britain British.

It was their first ever BNP meeting for most of those attending and the enthusiastic response showed that they were in the struggle for the long haul. Over £250 was raised for party funds on the night, he added.

The new group was created with the help of BNP South Birmingham and the ever hardworking Liz Wainwright, who led the party’s charge into Bromsgrove by arranging no less than nine candidates (herself included) who stood for election for the first time in the recent Bromsgrove county council elections.

Speakers for the night included local activists who spelled out the branch’s plans for the next year. Mike Bell and Birmingham organiser Richard Lumby also took questions from the floor. All the speakers were in fine form and gave impassioned talks which were well received by the crowd.

West Midlands regional organiser Alwyn Deacon attended and told local activists how impressed he was with the progress already made in Bromsgrove. “This is another area in the West Midlands with a promising future,” he said.

The British National Party is proud to announce the launch of a new branch in Lichfield.

The official launch of the new Lichfield group under Alex Sproule was held this week, attended by 36 people, many attending their first ever BNP meeting.

Mr Sproule has worked extremely hard in Lichfield and is now seeing his efforts being rewarded,” Mr Bell continued. “Until recently he had only seven members in his area, but in a matter of weeks this has jumped to more than 50.

Mr Sproule stood in this year’s County Council elections in Lichfield North and polled 337 votes in what was a first time out for the BNP in that town.

The meeting was addressed by the newly appointed West Midlands regional training officer, Richard Lumby, who outlined the plans for training in the West Midlands.

The meeting culminated with a question and answer session from the gathered crowd, with Mr Sproule, Mr Lumby and West Midlands regional organiser Alwyn Deacon answering all the issues raised.

Mr Deacon said that the launch of Lichfield BNP was “only the start of a very promising future for the West Midlands. There are plans for more new groups as the support grows in this region.”

The meeting in East Birmingham last night

Wednesday night saw the first official BNP meeting in Birmingham since 'The Glorious 4th of June'. Warm up speakers for Richard Lumby were Richard Morris and Mike Bell (Of Question Time notoriety).
Richard Morris gave us his gritty account of the pre-election panic when the printers who supplied the 29,000,000 leaflets for our campaign, failed to batch the BNP A5 leaflets correctly. This resulted in a frantic 12 day period where activists from up and down the country rushed to repackage them at a secret location near Gotham City, and, ably led from the front by Richard and Tanya Lumby were given real assistance from all levels of the BNP hierarchy in the form of Chairman Nick and his wife to local hero John who had suffered a brain hemorrhage just four days prior to embarking on the task.
Second up was Mike Bell. After giving thanks to his own team leadership, (Mark, Liz and Jim - who is still in hiding - see photo above) Mike told us about The Victory Party last Saturday in Blackpool and then he gave us further insight into his heroic appearance on Mainstream TV on Question Time and the events that followed where having 'outed' himself on BBC1, as a BNP voter, was surrounded by several 'dark' characters of the 'Not suitable for BNP membership' persuasion, in the After Show Intimidation Party. Mike fortunately left the University of Birmingham (where filming took place) without having to resort to his basic scouse training (of The 'Birken-head-butt' accompanied with the infamous catchphrase 'NOW THEN NOW THEN, EH ? EH? EH?' followed up with a 'Tranmere Toe Cap'*)
Following the interval raffle, Tanya announced that the room had raised £225 for local party funds, which is another brick in the wall of the next election fund target.
The "Star speaker" of the night was by far, Birmingham Organiser Richard Lumby, who's motivational speech ranked highly along with the likes of Nick Griffin and Arthur Kemp.
Making a cameo appearance on the night was new Midlands RO Alwyn Deacon who was unusually shy and retiring!
